Ushbu Foydalanish shartlari MyDokon mobil ilovasi, veb-sayti va bogʻliq xizmatlardan foydalanishni tartibga soladi. Xizmatdan foydalanib, siz ushbu shartlarga rozilik bildirasiz.

1. Xizmat tavsifi

MyDokon — telefon, aksessuar va elektronika uchun marketplace: katalog, buyurtma, boʻlib toʻlash (BNPL), filiallar va mijoz qoʻllab-quvvatlash.

2. Akkount

• Telefon raqami va parol / OTP orqali roʻyxatdan oʻtasiz
• Maʼlumotlaringizning toʻgʻriligi uchun javobgarsiz
• Akkount xavfsizligini saqlash majburiyatingizdir
• Qoida buzilganda akkaunt cheklanishi yoki oʻchirilishi mumkin

3. Buyurtmalar va toʻlovlar

• Narxlar, chegirmalar va ombor qoldigʻi oʻzgarishi mumkin
• Boʻlib toʻlash shartlari (boshlangʻich toʻlov, muddat, limit) ilova/saytda koʻrsatiladi
• Toʻlov majburiyatlarini oʻz vaqtida bajarishingiz kerak

4. Shaxsni tasdiqlash

Baʼzi funksiyalar (masalan, BNPL limitti) uchun shaxsni tasdiqlash talab qilinishi mumkin. Yuborilgan hujjatlar faqat tekshiruv maqsadida ishlatiladi.

5. Taqiqlangan harakatlar

• Firibgarlik, soxta maʼlumot yoki boshqa birovning akkauntidan foydalanish
• Tizimni buzish, skanerlash yoki ruxsatsiz API soʻrovlari
• Qonunga xilof tovar yoki kontent

6. Intellektual mulk

MyDokon brendi, dizayn va dasturiy taʼminot bizga yoki litsenziarlarga tegishli. Ruxsatsiz nusxa koʻchirish mumkin emas.

7. Masʼuliyatni cheklash

Xizmat “boricha” taqdim etiladi. Biz uzilishlar, uchinchi tomon xatolari yoki fors-major holatlari uchun cheklangan javobgarlikni bildirib oʻtamiz. Qonun ruxsat bergan doirada bilvosita zararlar uchun javobgar emasmiz.

8. Shartlarning oʻzgarishi

Shartlarni yangilashimiz mumkin. Davom etgan foydalanish yangilangan shartlarga rozilik hisoblanadi.

1. Service

MyDokon is a marketplace for phones, accessories, and electronics, including catalog browsing, orders, installment (BNPL) options, branch information, and customer support.

2. Accounts

• You register with a phone number and password / OTP
• You are responsible for accurate information and account security
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

3. Orders & Payments

• Prices, promotions, and stock may change
• Installment terms (down payment, schedule, credit limit) are shown in-app/on-site
• You must meet payment obligations on time

4. Identity Verification

Some features may require identity verification. Submitted documents are used for verification and fraud prevention.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Fraud, impersonation, or providing false information
• Attempting to disrupt, scrape, or abuse the API/systems
• Illegal goods or content

6. Intellectual Property

MyDokon branding, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized copying is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, outages, or third-party failures.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
